About the Event

The world has a funny way of moving whether we have gone through something good or something bad. We on the other hand, have a tendency to pause or stop living in the midst of trauma or unfortunate situations. Living life after you've been in survival mode for years is not as simple as you would think. Your mind wants to live, but your body hasn't gotten the memo yet. And because it has been so long since you've fully embraced life, surviving has become your new normal. It's safe. It's comfortable. But in reality. It's a slow death. But what happens when the issue isn't healing, it's moving forward with a new mindset. How do we function after the healing? What do we expect? What is life after we have done the work to let go? And how do we move forward without getting tempted to go back? I…
